  • Shipping
    We are currently offering shipping to the 48 continental United States. For other shipping locations: please contact us before placing an order for accurate shipping costs to your place.
  • Support
    In case you are not fully satisfied with the item, please contact us for a resolution! We stand behind our products. If an item arrived in less than ideal condition, we will open an investigation with the shipping company to ensure it would not happen again. Thank you for helping us to provide you with better service!
  • Returns & Refunds
    If you wish to return your item please contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 30 days of original purchase.  Refunds may only be processed after the product returned to our store. Buyer to pay return shipping.
  • Custom design
    Normally, custom design orders would not be eligible for refund or return. Please contact us if you have an issue with your custom design order for a resolution!
